to our web site. VON RIDDLE was established in 1982 by Karen and
Harold Riddle Jr. We are located in northeastern Tennessee, in the
foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Over the years with a small breeding
program, we have produced multiple champions and obedience titled kids.
Our goals include breeding structurally correct dogs with good temperaments.
We strive to promote and preserve the strong breed type of the Rottweiler.
We want only the best homes for our puppies as they are our children. Our
zest for the Rottweiler started in the obedience ring. We soon became
interested in conformation shows. Our love and dedication to the
breed is instilled in our hearts. We are active in local all breed
and breed clubs. Our dogs are owner handled and occasionally professionally
handled. ,We have several dogs who are active therapy dogs, certified
by TDI (Therapy Dog International)
and we are members of the local TDI chapter, "Patient Paws". Our visits
to nursing homes and children's schools are a way of giving joy, companionship
and education to others.
